4-H Afterschool Instructor

The Garfield County Office of Utah State University Extension is seeking qualified individuals to serve as afterschool instructors at all three campuses (Bryce Valley, Escalante, and Panguitch). Instructors will teach a variety of subjects, such as Sewing, STEM, Cake Decorating, and Music, and work Monday-Thursday and Friday. Positions are available and potentially have more than 4 days per week, based on program needs and instructor availability.

Requirements

• Plan and teach engaging afterschool programming
• Keep an attendance record of students
• Attend required training
• Assist with 4-H service projects and club showcase
• Work effectively with youth, families, and school
