Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor of Large Animal Internal Medicine

The Department of Veterinary Clinical and Life Sciences in the College of Veterinary Medicine at Utah State University is seeking applicants for an assistant, associate, or full professor of large animal internal medicine. The position is flexible and may include teaching, research, and service. The candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of veterinary professionals by delivering large animal internal medicine instruction in the new Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree curriculum.

Requirements

• DVM or equivalent veterinary professional degree
• Licensure to practice in the State of Utah
• Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (DACVIM-LAIM), the European College of Equine Internal Medicine (DECEIM), the European Colleges of Bovine, Porcine, or Small Ruminant Health Management (DECBHM, DECPHM, or DECSRHM), or board-eligible for one of these organizations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as a team member in a collaborative setting
