Job Description
As a Claims Business Analyst III at Utica National Insurance Group, you will act as a liaison between business/customers and IT/vendor development teams, identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives. You will be responsible for the ongoing administration of applications within the Claims Department and user support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent business or business analyst experience
- Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter required
- Familiarity with automated Commercial Lines and/or Personal Lines systems desired
- 6+ years experience in Business Analyst role preferred
- Certified in Scaled Agile - SAFe Product Owner (PO/PM) preferred
