Job Description
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Legal & Compliance, Risk Management, and Asset Allocation teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of administrative experience in a professional office setting
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Collaborative, organized, adaptable and resourceful
- Ability to manage competing priorities with tact and efficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
