Job Description
UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse, Ambulatory to join their team. This role involves providing patient-centered care, collaborating with a team, and utilizing best scientific evidence and compassion. The Licensed Practical Nurse will assist in managing patients’ health journeys, communicating with the team, and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program required
- Completion of a nursing program approved by the State Board of Nursing
- Applicable state LPN license required
- Ability to pass general and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
- Knowledge and skills necessary to modify care according to patient(s) age
