Job Description
UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as a leader in healthcare. The role involves providing personalized care to patients and their support systems, collaborating with physicians, and implementing individualized treatment plans. This position emphasizes advocating for patients and utilizing evidence-based practices to improve patient health and well-being.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in applicable state
- CPI certification within 3 months of hire for Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, and CSSO
- Successful completion of board approved refresher course if RN license is inactive, retired or lapsed
- Ability to perform basic nursing skills on groups of patients and ability to assume charge responsibility
