Job Description
UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as a leader in healthcare team and patient care. The RN will collaborate with physicians and other team members to develop individualized care plans and advocate for patient needs. This role focuses on providing exceptional patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices, and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in applicable state
- CPI certification within three months of hire
- Current RN nursing license in applicable state
- Ability to perform basic nursing skills on groups of patients
- Ability to assume charge responsibility
- Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly
- Ability to administer medication utilizing the five rights
- Ability to communicate verbally and in written form
- Basic computer knowledge
