Job Description
UW Health is seeking an Apprentice Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT/Cath Lab Tech) to join a heart and vascular care procedure center team. The role involves hemodynamic monitoring, scrubbing, and assisting with patient assessment and care, within scope of practice. The position offers full-time hours on a Day shift.
Requirements
- Graduate of a JRC-ERT (CHEA) accredited associate Radiologic Technology Program
- Graduate of a JRC-ERT (CHEA) accredited baccalaureate Radiologic Technology Program
- 2 years of clinical experience as a Radiology Student
- 2 years of work experience in Diagnostic Radiology as a Registered and Licensed Radiologic Technologist
- ACLS certification within 180 Days
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification
