Job Description
We are seeking a Part-time Home Health RN to work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, IL. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience as a professional nurse in an acute care setting and a current RN license from the State of Illinois. Requirements
- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing program.
- 1 year of experience as a professional nurse within the past three years in an acute care setting.
- Current RN license from the State of Illinois.
- Valid State driver’s license and proof of liability insurance.
- Bi-Annual CPR certification.
