Medical Assistant, Peds Cardiology

This is a full-time, day-shift position at the UW Health Women and Children's Hospital in Rockford, IL. The role involves assisting with pediatric cardiology patients, including phlebotomy, collection, and preparation of specimens. Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Associate degree program or Medical Assistant program
• Laboratory and phlebotomy training within 30 days of hire
• Drug and alcohol screening, and N95 training within 30 days of hire
• HS diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience
• RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification required
