Job Description
UW Health Northern Illinois is seeking a dedicated Neurosurgeon to join their neurosurgery team in Rockford, Illinois. This role involves providing high-quality patient care and serving as an independent provider with support from neurosurgeons and APPs. It is a full-time, no-call, no-weekend position, offering flexibility to work 4x10 hours or 5x8 hours.
Requirements
- Evaluate new and returning neurosurgical patients.
- Have experience with a surgical specialty (neurosurgery is ok).
- Active APRN/PA license in Illinois and DEA license (or ability to apply for one).
- Master’s degree in a PA program or advanced practice nurse program.
- 10-20% cranial pathology experience.
