Job Description
UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to work a rotating schedule with evening and night shifts, including weekends. The role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth and shared governance.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Commission of Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) Accredited Program for Respiratory Therapy
- Current Registration (RRT) from the National Board of Respiratory Care
- License from the State of Illinois as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
- Current CPR certification
- NRP certification (preferred)
- PALS certification (required within two years)
- Work experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (1 year preferred)
- Currently enrolled in CoARC program
