RN - Inpatient - CTL - Med and Surg 4th floor

UW Health East Madison Hospital is seeking a Care Team Leader (CTL) / Charge Nurse for its in-patient medical and surgical unit. This role involves collaborating with a team, monitoring nursing quality metrics, and contributing to unit hiring and patient experience. Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in nursing Preferred
• 2 years experience in an inpatient unit
• 2 years of combined work experience and leadership experience may be considered in lieu of two (2) years’ experience in an inpatient unit
• 3 years experience in an acute care inpatient unit Preferred
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• East Madison Hospital: Med & Surg 4th Floor- ACLS within 180 Days Required
• National certification in relevant specialty Preferred
