Procurement Manager

Antipollution, a leading provider of environmental and waste management solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Manager to join its team in Athens. The role involves overseeing procurement operations, supplier management, and strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure cost-effective, sustainable, and regulatory-compliant procurement of goods and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 8-12 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a supervising role within the maritime, environmental, or waste management sector
• Fluent in Greek, English, Italian or Arabic (written and spoken) will be considered as an additional asset
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills
• In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, environmental compliance, and international supply chain management
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration
