Job Description
The Aircraft Quality Control Inspector will inspect and verify proper completion and documentation of aircraft maintenance events, prepare maintenance documents, and perform receiving inspections of incoming parts and components. Must hold a valid FAA certificate with Airframe and Power Plant ratings with an Inspection Authorization (IA).
Requirements
- Inspect and verify proper completion and documentation of aircraft maintenance events and discrepancies
- Prepare maintenance, inspection, repair, and alteration documents
- Perform receiving inspections of incoming parts and components and verify accompanying documentation
- Enter inspection findings into database to determine trending issues
- Must be familiar with all FAR's required to operate an FAA Repair Station
