We're a vacation rental company looking for a Seasonal Front Desk Specialist to assist guests, vendors, and homeowners. The role involves administrative tasks, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions. This is a part-time, seasonal position with varied schedule and hours based on business needs.

Requirements

• Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in administrative or customer service style role is a bonus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
• Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.
• Reliable personal transportation is essential.
• Dependable and prepared, with ability to work independently and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
