Customer Service Specialist

Vacation Innovations is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional customer service, handle inbound and outbound calls, and resolve customer issues. The role is a hybrid opportunity with a salary of $16.00 an hour.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year customer service/call center experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
• Highly motivated, goal oriented
• Capable of articulating professionally to customer
• Ability to effectively manage time
• Must be able to effectively analyze and interpret data
• Possess strong reading comprehension and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven internet and computer software skills
• Basic data entry skills
• Proper note taking ability
