Job Description
Vaco is seeking a Business Development Director to lead the company's IT recruitment efforts in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of technology sales and/or staffing experience, a strong network within the IT community, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of technology sales and/or staffing experience
- Active and/or leading member of technology networking groups with proven success in technology sales or staffing
- Established reputation and network within the IT community in your respective market
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Experience with Bullhorn preferred
