Requirements

• Documented experience of leading others and coaching teams
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience from manufacturing industry
• Previous experience as a production manager or similar leading roles within production
• Meritorious experience from similar production environments, systematic improvement work, and project management
