Franchisee Partnership Manager (Denver Metro)

Join Vagaro as a Franchisee Partnership Manager and drive adoption, revenue growth, and long-term success across assigned franchise partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support franchise-wide initiatives and build strong relationships with franchise owners and decision-makers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in multi-unit franchise operations, franchise sales, partnerships, or account management
• Experience in a quota-carrying, performance-based role preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven ability to manage complex relationships across multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting KPIs and performance data
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, growth-oriented environment
