We are looking for a Head of Performance and Risk Management to join our team at Vaillant GmbH in Remscheid, Germany. The role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive performance and risk management framework, providing strategic and operational advice to the management team, and ensuring accurate reporting for all planning activities.

Requirements

• Completed studies in economics, preferably with a focus on finance or controlling
• Several years of leadership experience in the international financial environment, as well as thorough knowledge of controlling, risk management, and transfer pricing
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and high competence in interpreting complex financial data
• Strong communication skills, decision-making, and innovation enthusiasm, and the ability to present complex issues clearly
• Negotiable English language skills in speech and writing, additional languages are an advantage
