We are seeking a Customer Service Technician to join our team in Lower Austria. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing repairs, maintenance work, and activations on Vaillant devices, while also advising customers on energy-efficient device settings and use.

Requirements

• Completed technical apprenticeship or HTL (Gas/Water/Heating, Electrical Installation, Refrigeration or Building Technology, Mechatronics, etc.)
• Valid driving license B
• Expert knowledge of heating systems and devices
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
