We support our customers in selecting a future-proof heating system. As a Customer Service Technician, you will perform responsible repairs, maintenance work, and activations on Vaillant devices, advising customers on energy-efficient device settings and usage.

Requirements

• Technical apprenticeship or HTL in Gas/Water/Heating-, Electrical-, Refrigeration-, or Building Technology, Mechatronics, etc.
• B driving license
• Digitalization skills and experience with internet-connected devices
