Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and support our maintenance team in Belper, UK. The ideal candidate will have a HNC or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline and bring practical experience within a maintenance or engineering environment.

Requirements

• Develop, document and maintain planned maintenance schedules (PPM/TPM)
• Manage absences and overtime
• Ensure safe systems of work at all times
• Evaluate maintenance KPIs and prioritise actions to strengthen overall equipment effectiveness
• Lead structured root cause analysis on major breakdowns and recurring malfunctions
• Manage all contractors on site
