Process Manager Sales (Order 2 Cash) (m/f/d)

As a Process Manager Sales (Order 2 Cash), you will participate in designing, executing, evaluating, measuring, and controlling Group Sales Processes under Order-to-Cash (O2C) perspective and across the overall value chain. You will analyze and break down the current heterogeneous O2C situation and establish a harmonized proposal to standardize tasks in a more efficient way.

Requirements

• University degree in economics, business administration, information technology, or a comparable course of study
• Professional experience in a business-process-oriented role and in project management
• Knowledge of sales operational processes and SAP S/4 Hana modules (SD-Sales and Distribution especially)
• CRM processes and salesforce knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of supply chain and finance processes is beneficial
