Project Manager (m/f/d) Service Processes: Represent Service End-to-End Process Stream in Rollout Activities of Digital Process World Program, drive implementation of new CRM and ERP landscape for Service Business Processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in economics or computer science or comparable university education
• Fundamental professional experience in process consulting and harmonization of field service processes
• Experience in project management approaches and rollout/implementing environments
• Experience in dealing with relevant CRM/ERP systems
• Negotiation-secure English and open and trustworthy personality
