Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Demand Planner for a 2-year secondment. The successful candidate will manage product availability, optimize stock levels, and lead demand discussions to deliver exceptional service to customers.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or Predictive Analytics
- Supply Chain certification is desirable
- Previous experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or S&OP/IBP processes
- Strong statistical knowledge, SAP experience, and understanding of master data and MRP
- Familiarity with inventory management best practices and lifecycle management (NPI, PIPO)
- Analytical thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in demand planning tools and ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making
