Business Development Manager, Semiconductor

Vaisala is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence in the semiconductor industry. The role involves strategic planning, market analysis, client acquisition, and relationship building. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, 5+ years of experience in business development and sales, and a strong track record of building strategic relationships and achieving sales growth in a technical B2B environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Material Physics, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
• Experience working with fabs, OEMs, or capital equipment manufacturers
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to cleanroom and process environments
• Strong understanding of cleanroom requirements, process control, and metrology in semiconductor applications
• Familiarity with vacuum systems, dew point monitoring, humidity control, or environmental measurements
• Proven track record of building strategic relationships and achieving sales growth in a technical B2B environment
