Giant Leap Trainee

The Giant Leap program is an internship program at Vaisala where you will discover the role of project manager, develop problem-solving skills, and learn project management methodology. You will work on your project with experts and participate in training sessions with other interns.

Requirements

• Currently a student in the final year of business school or master's degree with a specialization in international business, strategy, or marketing
• First experience in sales-oriented internships and/or in the renewable energy sector
• Knowledge of the sales cycle, negotiation techniques, and Incoterms
• Interest and knowledge of renewable energy markets (notably wind energy)
• Microsoft Office mastery and ideally a first knowledge of CRM tools (such as Salesforce)
• English proficiency is essential, Swedish/Finnish/Danish knowledge is a plus
