Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at VAISALA France, to accelerate the commercial development of our offer on the French market. We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team of 5 professionals, to contribute to the development of the "Industrial measurements" activity with a focus on the Critical buildings - Data Center / HVAC market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in commerce, engineering, technical disciplines, or other relevant fields
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial development, sales or business development in an industrial and international environment
• Solid experience in B2B commercial development, ideally in the HVAC, data center, or instrumentation sectors
• Good understanding of technical issues related to energy efficiency
• Excellent negotiation and market analysis skills
• Autonomy, versatility, initiative, and a strong interest in commercial challenges
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of a CRM tool such as Salesforce
• Very good mastery of French and English, written and spoken
• Driver's license
