Service Development Trainee

We are looking for a Trainee, Service Development to join our Project CareTech & Service (PCS) Development team at Vaisala headquarters in Vantaa, Finland. The Trainee will analyze and redesign Vaisala's service subscription and contract renewal processes, and will work closely with the PCS Development team and stakeholders in sales, service, operations, finance, and IT.

Requirements

• Ongoing university studies in service design, industrial management, information systems, business or an equivalent field
• Analytical, structured way of working
• Genuine interest in business processes and digital tools
• Good communication skills in English
• Proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset, and the ability to learn quickly
