We are looking for a Service Offering Manager, Continuous Monitoring Systems to join our Vaisala Global Service team in our Burlington, Massachusetts office. The role involves leading the global growth and innovation of Vaisala’s Industrial Instruments services, shaping high-impact solutions that meet customer needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years' proven experience in end-to-end service offering and portfolio management responsibilities in global competitive B2B environment
• Experience in SaaS, DaaS, managed service agreements and recurring revenue models
• Strong customer orientation with demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and service solutions
• Proficiency in developing business cases, conducting competitive analysis, and prioritizing service features based on customer and market needs
• Experience setting global pricing frameworks, adapting to regional differences, and applying value-based pricing to maximize profitability
