Job Description
Valard Construction is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team based in Vaughan, ON. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of construction projects, including start-ups, execution, closeouts, and stakeholder management. The PM will oversee project plans, budget, and quality, and maintain client communication throughout the process. The company is part of QuantaServices.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary education in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Commerce, Construction Management)
- Proven track record of successful Project Management of construction projects <$20 million
- Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management concepts and principles
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 Scheduling and JD Edwards (or other PM tools)
- Legal authorization to work in Canada with no restrictions
- Candidate must have legal authorization to work in Canada
