Job Description
Valatam is seeking a Bilingual Finance or Accounting Assistant (Remote) to join their client-facing team in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, Nicaragua. The role involves updating financial spreadsheets, preparing balance sheets, tracking bank statements, creating cost analysis reports, and providing administrative support. Projects may involve other related tasks depending on the client and the JD.
Requirements
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
- Prepare balance sheets.
- Track and reconcile bank statements.
- Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs).
- Process tax payments.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices and follow up with clients.
- Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
