Job Description
Valatam is seeking a bilingual Finance or Accounting Assistant to join their client-facing team. The role involves updating financial data, preparing financial statements, and supporting various tasks. Candidates should have fluency in English and Spanish, and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Requirements
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
- Prepare balance sheets.
- Track and reconcile bank statements.
- Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs).
- Process tax payments.
- Support monthly payroll and keep records organized.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices and follow up with clients.
- Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
