Valatam is seeking Bilingual Virtual Assistants (Fully Remote) for clients across various industries in The US. The role involves managing calendars, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and providing administrative support, with tasks varying based on the client and project needs. It's a fully remote position based in Peru.

Requirements

• Manage and organize calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Handle email correspondence and manage information flow.
• Maintain and update client databases and files.
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
• Conduct research and compile information to assist with various projects and tasks.
• Assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking.
• Provide general administrative support, including organizing travel arrangements and processing expenses.
• Stable internet connection with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.
• Laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset and smartphone.
