Job Description
Valdes Architecture & Engineering Company is seeking a Seasoned Substation Protection & Controls Engineer with 5-10 years of experience. The role involves designing protective relaying schemes for high voltage substations, including AC and DC load calculations, cable routing, and providing technical expertise to client engineers. The engineer will also interface with client engineering and other discipline engineers.
Requirements
- Solid Knowledge within the Electrical Engineering discipline
- Ability to prepare design packages
- Knowledge of microprocessor relays
- Knowledge of SCADA
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
