Job Description
Valence is seeking a Head of Product Design to shape their AI-powered enterprise coach platform, Nadia, for thousands of enterprise users. This is an AI-first role focused on defining interaction models, frameworks, and UX, and leading a team to elevate the AI product design experience for enterprise software. The ideal candidate is a hands-on craftsperson passionate about both innovation and the impact of AI on the future of work.
Requirements
- 6–7+ years experience as a principal or staff designer in strong product/consumer companies
- Deep experience building and evolving design systems for B2B/enterprise SaaS at scale.
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centric systems, intuitive flows, and high bar for product craft and taste.
- Comfort with rapid prototyping, iterating, and ambiguity.
- Proven mentorship and non-hierarchical leadership; excited to scale design influence through others, not just manage directly.
