Requirements
- Define and implement the product strategy for the AMEAO region based on market mapping, trend analysis, and SWOT analysis.
- Share the regional strategy to align priorities with internal Valeo suppliers, Purchasing, Quality, Communication, and technical teams.
- Allocate resources to the most strategic initiatives in the region.
- Regularly consolidate all market information (trends, structure, potential by product segment, coverage, market share, prices, key performance indicators of products).
- Define the product development plan and services, and follow up on product creation performance at the regional level.
- Conduct market studies for specific products or new systems with the support of local divisions and/or during field visits.
- Be responsible for the launch of new product packs and propose new commercial solutions (pricing, launch of local products, etc.).
- Develop commercial arguments based on different target clienteles.
