System Engineer (Function Owner)

As a System Engineer (Function Owner) at Valeo, you will be responsible for creating and updating system requirements and design, leading problem resolution and change management, and defining KPIs and performance metrics. You will also support design reviews, manage follow-up, and report progress of tasks.

Requirements

• Creates and updates system requirements and system design
• Ensures bidirectional traceability between all requirements levels
• Provides technical lead to support customer meetings and test drives
• Leads problem resolution and change management
• Defines KPIs and performance per function
• Reviews first test strategy, test list and test setup
• Follows Process, Quality recommendations, and Standardization rules
• Supports design reviews, internal and with suppliers
• Manages follow-up and reports progress of tasks
• Escalates risks
