Job Description
Valiantys is seeking a Transformation Consultant to support client transformation initiatives, working collaboratively with Principle Transformation Consultants and Delivery teams. The role involves solution design, change management, client partnership, business development, and knowledge sharing. This is an excellent opportunity to develop consulting skills and gain exposure to senior clients in Atlassian ecosystems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience
- Proven track record of client relationship management
- Strong interest in change management and communication
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar technologies
- Experience with cross-functional teams
