Jefe de Mantenimiento

This Maintenance Supervisor position at the Ica Plant in Peru is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of plant equipment, machinery, and installations. The role involves leading and coordinating maintenance teams, managing the maintenance budget, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing maintenance processes. The candidate will also be responsible for preparedness, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Requirements

• Academic Training: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineer or related
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance leadership or supervisory positions
• Proven experience in industrial plants, preferably in the agro-export sector, food, or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance management
• Experience with CMMS systems
• Knowledge of industrial safety and environmental standards
• Experience with electric, mechanical and industrial control
• Leadership and team management skills
