Project Execution Manager

ValidaTek is searching for a Project Execution Manager to support projects for a large, enterprise-wide telecommunications and networking infrastructure in a secured DoD environment. This individual will utilize best practices, processes, and procedures to drive various projects to successful completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of lead project management experience in a DoD IT environment
• Current PMP certification
• Solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a high performing team
• Proven ability to monitor and control project budgets
• Ability to make decisions in a high-pressure environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence leadership and stakeholders
• Active Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Benefits

• Salary: $114,693.12/Yr. - $191,155.20/Yr.
• Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.
