Job Description
Valor Healthcare is a VA-led provider focused on providing high-quality healthcare services to veterans and their families. They are seeking a Mental Health Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care to patients with specific needs and collaborate with a PACT team to create personalized care plans. The position emphasizes patient focus, clinical outcomes, and adherence to VA guidelines.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work (or higher) from a program registered by the Department of Education.
- Must be credentialed and in good standing with the VA.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong computer skills, including EMR experience.
- Experience with advanced sociological, psychological, and mental health care related interventions.
