AI Transformation Lead

Digital Currency Systems is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to identify, build, and scale AI-powered product solutions that drive real customer and business outcomes. The role is hands-on and AI-first, requiring strong ability to build working software using AI tools and proven experience rapidly prototyping and iterating on product ideas.

Requirements

• Strong ability to build working software using AI tools
• Proven experience rapidly prototyping and iterating on product ideas
• Experience designing and deploying AI agents and workflow automation across business functions
• Ability to work with non-technical internal stakeholders to map workflows, identify automation opportunities, and translate them into working solutions
• Deep understanding of probabilistic AI systems and guardrails
• Ability to reason about systems end-to-end
• Experience engaging directly with customers
• Ability to identify business and revenue opportunities
