Progitek is looking for an AI Agent Developer to design, build, and deploy AI agent systems that transform company operations or evolve into value-added solutions for customers. The ideal candidate will be embedded within Progitek, working closely with teams to understand day-to-day operations and build AI agents that handle real work, including customer support, sales outreach, and process automation.

Requirements

• Design, build, and deploy AI agent systems
• Work closely with Progitek teams to understand day-to-day operations
• Build AI agents that handle real work, including customer support, sales outreach, and process automation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
• Have a strong working knowledge of AI and machine learning tools, large language models, and agent frameworks
• Be able to go from zero to functional prototype quickly
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to own work and make a meaningful impact
