This role will lead operations, strategy, and growth, focused on scaling the business and delivering mission-critical software solutions. The role involves leading a team and managing financial aspects, as well as collaborating with product, sales, and support teams.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in software, SaaS, or B2B environments
• Operational and strategic expertise across product, go-to-market, and customer experience
• Strong background in P&L management, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to manage multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or related field
• Fluent in English and French (written and verbal)
