Job Description
Anju Software is seeking an Internal AI Automation Lead to identify, design, and deploy workflow automations across the business with agentic AI. This role will help transform how the organization works internally by reallocating human expertise away from repetitive tasks and toward high-value work.
Requirements
- 2+ years in software engineering, automation engineering, or technical operations
- Demonstrated ability to independently ship working automation projects
- Demonstrated ability to ship working agentic AI projects
- Experience building with LLM APIs and modern AI tooling
- Comfortable working across APIs and integrating disparate systems
- Strong understanding of data security and responsible AI use
- Highly self-directed; comfortable operating without detailed requirements
