Junior Marketing Executive

We're looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our marketing team as a Junior Marketing Executive. This is an ideal role for someone enthusiastic about marketing who wants hands-on experience across a wide range of activities in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Creative Asset Development: Designing visual assets using tools such as Adobe, Canva, Figma, MidJourney, Gamma (e.g. social graphics, presentations, marketing materials) and supporting basic video editing where required.
• Content Creation: Helping to create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Social Media Support: Assisting with scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and helping to grow our online presence.
• Campaign Assistance: Working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team to support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns.
• Market & Competitor Research: Conducting research into industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to help inform marketing strategy.
• Marketing Administration & Support: Supporting day-to-day marketing activities and helping keep projects organised and on track.
• Event Support: Assisting with the organisation and promotion of events and webinars.
