Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Köln. Your tasks will include being the central point of contact for our customers, solving problems independently, and creating a positive conversation atmosphere. You will be involved in the implementation and design of a professional and scalable after-sales process at Vamo.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service
• Around 2 years of relevant professional experience in customer support, customer success or a comparable customer-facing role
• No specific degree required
